Welcome to Wake and Lake RV Resort

We’re glad you found us here in Kingsland, right in the heart of Texas Hill Country and surrounded by some of the best water recreation in the area. Truth be told, the name says it all. Out here, you can wake up and be on the water in no time, spending your days boating, fishing, swimming, or floating your worries away. When you’re ready to come back in, you’ll have a comfortable place to park, cool off, and feel right at home.

Make Yourself at Home on the Water

Wake and Lake sits right on Lake LBJ and if you’re bringing a boat or jet skis, you can launch at Kingsland Community Park, which has a public ramp and lake access. From there, it’s easy to spend the day cruising, tubing, swimming, or just finding a quiet pocket to float and talk for a while.

Anglers, bring your go-to tackle. Lake LBJ is home to solid populations of largemouth and Guadalupe bass, white bass (with spring runs up the Llano River), plus abundant catfish and white crappie. And when you want a change of scenery from open-lake time, locals love the Kingsland Slab on the Llano River. And if you have some extra time to roam, we’re surrounded by other bodies of water including Lake Travis which makes a fun big-day outing and Lake Buchanan just down the way.

Long Term Stays Welcome

Wake and Lake is a favorite for guests who aren’t in a hurry to leave. Some folks come down to Lake LBJ for a full season of fishing and boating. Others roll in for contract work in and around Kingsland, Texas, or make this their Hill Country home base while they escape colder weather up north. And every year, we welcome plenty of long-stay guests who simply want a slower stretch of life by the water.

Our sites are set up for comfortable long term living and our park has the amenities you need for the day to day. You’ll have roomy concrete pads, full hookups, and reliable free, fast high-speed WiFi that works for video calls, streaming, and staying connected with family. Need to run errands or grab lunch out? Marble Falls, Texas is just up the road for groceries, hardware runs, and easy dining.

Whatever brings you to this part of Texas Hill Country, we’re excited to welcome you to the neighborhood.
